Usually when I go to a CVS pharmacy clearly in pain I'm greeted with a caring & helpful face. I went to this pharmacy on 4/8/17 right before 1pm & there was 1 lady there to whom I said, "Excuse  me." She looked up as if I was bothering her. I said, "Hello." And she continued to look at me without responding to my greeting. I asked her if she had any finger splints. She said they were in 1st aid but her accent was thick so she had to repeat a few times. I went to look but could not find them. Another rite aid employee came along & he didn't even know what a splint was. I stood there for minutes in pain before I saw the totally bothered lady appear & I stated to her that I did not see them. She irritatingly told me she would be there. When she came to me she snatched the splint package from the shelf, handed it to me & walked away probably not hearing my thank you in which she did not deserve. I made my way to the front to find a long line of customers, 3 employees behind the counter, but only 1 working cashier. This was a very horrible experience. I hope they read this & hire more working cashier's but most importantly train everyone in the pharmacy compassionate customer service. Maybe CVS could help them. Next time I will drive that extra few minutes to them....where they know how to treat their customers.

Pharmacy hours don't match those posted online. Hit or miss if they will actually be open.

I wish all pharmacies looked this nice. Fully stocked, warm tones and well lit, no cold fluorescent lighting.

Like the CVS on Quaker Lane, this place never seems to have enough cashiers up front. The selection is fine otherwise.
