I have called all day just to get my prescription transferred. No one will talk, the manger even is working and can’t talk, they said.  They have been so busy all day they can’t even answer the phone one time. I was on hold for hour the first time, I just wanted to see how long, so after I called over and over, no one picks up. Finally after two hours, someone picks up, and hangs up over and over when I called. This has been all day.  I highly recommend another CVS in Lumberton, better yet Walgreens. This CVS has the worst customer service, as well as managing. I have never ran into this issue with CVS for 16 years now, I’m amazed. They are too slow to be in business if this has happen all day.

This pharmacy is horrible. We have always used CVS because they are convenient and typically pretty friendly. HOWEVER, I have had multiple issues with this location and STRONGLY urge you to use Walgreens or Wal Mart instead of this CVS. The only way to talk to a pharmacist is to physically go into the store because they completely ignore phones. I have tried calling for over 24 hours and have only had someone answer the phone in the pharmacy once, and ONLY because I was able to get someone at the front desk to walk back to the pharmacy and ask them to answer. Keep in mind this is after 3 sessions of being on hold for over 25 minutes. The staff in the pharmacy is extremely lazy. All I wanted was a prescription transferred and even after talking to three pharmacist no one would do it. The last woman I spoke to gave me a ton of attitude, tried to talk over me, and then had the audacity to tell me that I needed the pharmacy I was trying to have my prescription transferred to to call her, which they had been trying to do ALL day and finally had someone answer and then they were put on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. Lazy, lazy, lazy. Horrible pharmacy employees who have no life or work ethic. Such a joke and CVS won’t even do anything about it.

* and if you don’t believe me, please call them yourself. I guarantee you $5 they will not answer.

Sooo I visited this cvs on Feb 13th and the bathroom was disgusting. Then I came back today Feb 16th and the bathroom had the same stains on the toilet and feces on the bowl as the 13th. Toilet paper was still over flowing in the trash and on the floor. Not to mention it didn't smell too good either.

My wife went to pick up a prescription I had dropped off earlier and was told there was no record of it.  So I had to go back and explain the situation.  Was told they were filling it without any explanation or apology.

I lost my wallet. A sales perso. Found it in tbe parking lot. They contacted me  ia CVS card. Mgr waited 30 monites after closing time for me to return. Great people. Thak You!
