We had to have a medication for our daughter on a Sunday after leaving an emergency facility.  Our doctor sent in a generic and we were told it needed prior authorization and nothing else could work . SO I was force to pay 120 dollars even though we have inssurance to help my daughter . we couldn't wait her face was extremely  swollen and we had no choice.   THAT being said the doctor told us that it was bs they could have given us a script under our inssurance and they refused to refund our money . it's all I had left untill payday and we  are a low income family I don't work 6 days week and to have a days worth of salary scamed from me is just pathetic .  Another billion dollar industry company I will never use again.

I had a situation where I lost my wallet and the man that works there now didn't even take time in his day to at least check if it was there, they should have friendlier employees Thanks, still didn't get my wallet and had important cards and more than 100$ Thanks CVS I will never be coming back here

I was having a rough morning and needed some cold medicine on my way to work. Wallace was a great help and started my morning off right! Thankful for nice people like Wallace!

Terribly disorganized. Our prescription is never ready on time, even though we have been picking up the same prescription for months they always have to order it. It is a controlled medication so they will only let us order it when we have 2 pills left, and then we have to wait for them to order it and receive it. They don't even call us to let us know that it's not available, we have to keep on calling on going to check on it. Will not be going back.
