This is the worst CVS period. Others are ok but everything about this Pharmacy is just bad. Long lines, rude service & most of them don't know or do thier job well, including the Pharmacist. That's just my opinion but I've been to many CVS's repeatedly over the last 10yrs & it appears here they're either short handed or just don't know. Avoid this place!

They are rude! Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to open the restroom. He finally came and just swung the door open while my wife had to leap to catch it. Be a gentleman..

This is one of the worst CVS you could find. They take for ever to get your prescription ready and the customer Service is bad, even when u call to see if your medicine is ready for pick up they put you on hold for a long time. You'll have to wait for hours even if you're in pain and need it ASAP. My prescription was sent at 5:30pm, it's 7:36pm and they just told me they'll try to get it ready in 1 hour after calling and having to wait for 15 minutes thencalled back and they tried to put me on hold again! I'll be switching to Walgreens instead.

Sept. 13, 2017 I was just recently informed by my health insurance carrier that my prescriptions would no longer be covered at Rite Aid, that effective immediately prescriptions would be covered at CVS. I regret the unfortunate involuntary change. Since day one, every time I call CVS I am placed on hold, yesturday I was put on hold for 45 minutes, and today, 25 minutes, I end up hanging up after that long. I am attempting to find out the status of my prescription transfer from Rite Aid and the status of my pending prescription refill. I called my Doctor's office to solicit their assistance in sending directly to CVS my present prescription so that CVS has on file, Nurse called me back in under 60 minutes to inform me all prescriptions on file have been successfully sent to CVS pharmacist. On saturday,I was told medication would not be in stock until monday. It is now Tuesday, 8:30pm, I just called again to see status and no answer, another long hold. Tomorrow is Wednesday and still no medication, no response from CVS Sylmar. On Sunday when I spoke to Pharmacist I informed her I was completely out of medication and that I really needed the prescription refill, I don't think that has added any further concern to the matter. Needless to say very disappointed at CVS Sylmar, CA. I will be calling my insurance carrier to see about making a change, I need a better choice, better pharmacy I would like to be considered a Customer/patient, not just another number, another phone Caller. Good bye CVS!!!
