Good experience, well stocked with Dayquil and cough drops and Listerine. It was open early at 7 a.m. on Saturday. Had a nice chat with the man at the counter. The man suggested I get a bag, which I'm glad he reminded me. He asked me if I had a rite-aid card and I used my phone number and got a 4 dollar discount.

Great location, pharmacy is okay and register lines are iffy. So many people complaining about this rite aid, what are the alternatives? I never rate a place based on the best places in the world, I base it off the area and the competition. CVS in san fernando is beyond horrible and the other big name pharmacies are worse. I've experienced the problems these people complain about, and yet I still give 4*. I was born and raised by empire state building in NYC. Theres a CVS 1 block from there on fifth avenue, very high traffic averaging 40 people in a 1500 sq ft store...and they have usually 1 to 2 cashiers with lines in excess of 15 all day, the pharmacy is usually gated closed and you have to ring a bell to get someone to open it. Point being, lower your standards, its Rite Aid, not a private independent pharmacy. Parking lot is great, for those complaining about pharmacy hours, go to their direct location website and check PHARMACY HOURS which is different than store hours.

I went on Saturday to pick up my child's prescription. I had gone online for the pharmacy hours which said they were open Saturday from 7am to 10 pm. I got there at 7 pm and the drive thru was closed with a hand written note saying the drive thru hours were different. So, I got down and went in. It was closed inside too. I'm glad that my son still has enough pills to hold him over for a couple days. I was disappointed that their hours posted online do not reflect their true hours.

Never answered the phone and if they do they will hang up if you get through there are rude

Poor customer service when I went to the store and even worse over the phone. Wait times ..well they just forgot I was on the phone. When I called back they hung up and the 3rd time , the receiver was picked up but no one spoke.
