Good store not too busy which I like a lot because I don't have wait in line that much.

Came in to this CVS in such a rush and was welcomed by an employee named Dylan (saw his name on the receipt of my purchase) he was so kind and understanding and so patient with me, he helped me out but most importantly showed care and concern for my wellbeing since I was in such a a rush and panic mode getting some health emergency items for my mother. What a difference would be if all places had employees like him. Great person great service. Would give 20 stars if I could.

If you shop with coupons beware.   This store is notorious for not understanding their "own" coupon policy.    Check your receipt for extrabucks that do not print out.   I have had many times where I am almost out of the store only to realize their advertise sales are not ring up correctly.

Standard CVS kinda small, it stinks that it's not open 24 hrs. Service at the pharmacy is easy and accurate.

Worst pharmacy customer service I have ever experienced. I recently had to change due to my insurance  and it has been 3 times now that I call and they leave me on hold for over 15 minutes.  Once they changed my prescriptions over I have received a phone call every day, 3 times a day, from their automated system to pick them up. I have not had the time to go get them, but being bothered 3 times a day for the last 3 day (9 times!) is just ridiculous. I called them today, November 7th, to see about getting this situated and was on hold again for over 20 minutes! Completely horrible service.
