Zero concept of customer service. 

The car wash stopped halfway through washing my car, leaving soap and water on it. The dryer never even turned on.  I went inside to get a new code so I could at least get my car dried and was told they could not do anything about it. I speak Spanish so I could understand one clerk telling the other “Another client had the car wash stop halfway through” so apparently this is an ongoing thing. I asked for a refund since they couldn’t give me another car wash and was told they could not do that either because a manager was not present. Seems absurd that they know they have a broken car wash (there are no signs that says it’s broken) and don’t do anything about it when it doesn’t work. The clerks should at the very least be able to give another car wash without a manager present. Won’t be going here again ever.

This is probably my favorite gas station. I drive out of my way just to come here to fill my car up. The employees are always friendly and the gas prices are typically a touch cheaper than the competition. It's definitely cheaper here than in Boca.

Got the 9$ works car wash.  Told by attendant to follow instructions to a tee.  I did, pulling in till the red light came on and placed my parking break.  Apparently I was positioned to far forward, only getting half of my jeep washed in about 10 seconds and pull forward dryer came on.  Came out with a half wet with suds jeep.  Told I could not be refunded or giving a redo.  All I wanted was a redo.  Ripped off.

Clean,bright station. Lots of pumps, reasonable price. Good store..

Best kept secret is the coffee barista and Cuban pastries. I will only use this Shell. Everybody knows everyone.
