I have been filling and picking up prescriptions for quite awhile and the only persons that are very efficient and friendly are the pharmacist and the one guy pharm tech . Unfortunately,  when I use their service recently, a girl tech who helps me out doesnt even know how to do her job, a simple insurance issue she doesn’t know how to solve. So I go to another Cvs store to pick up my other medication because they don’t have it here, I give my insurance card to the tech who works there and he said  it went through, he told me that the other store put the wrong information on the card.  FYI: please hire tech at your store that are knowledgeable and efficient. You’re gonna lose customers .

Had a prescription called in at 12:30p. Went by at 3:30p to pick up and they said their system was down. They offered to call me when it came back up and took my number. I stopped by every hr to check until they closed. It was still down. I went by the next day at 11a and received one of my daughter's prescriptions. They claimed that her second prescription had been flagged bc of a high dosage and had to be confirmed with her doctor. I called at 11:30a to see if they had heard back from the doctor and was told that they hadn't heard anything. I was also told that their system went down at 10:30a, which was impossible bc I picked up one prescription at 11a and I watched them scan it on their system. Very VERY displeased with this pharmacy and their customer service attitude. This was my first time using them, I've now transferred all my prescriptions to Kroger!

BTW, they never called me when their system was up from 9(open) til 10:30(as the pharmacist claimed).

CVS in Acworth is terrible. Nicole Vanghan claimed to be a supervisor pharmacist and is not. Blantenly lie to me. Then,  at her our discretion, decided not to fill a controlled substance one day early. Which other pharmacist have in the past. In fact, I picked up the medicine at another CVS the same day. Not only did I have to drive further, in rush hour traffic, in the pouring rain, my son had to suffer due to time taking away from him since I was helping him with his homework. I'm a RN and have to work long hours the next two days and would not be able to pick the medicine on time. I feel she was wrong in her decision and should have had some compassion when making choices that affect other lives.

Decent service. Better than most of the cvs stores in the area.

Great customer Service in store and in the pharmacy. Very clean. Parking lot is large and well lit.
