If there was a -20 stars would not still be a lower rate for this store 😡 the rudeness of these people is incredible specially to children my daughter went in there and the person putting things back was in front of dental care which what my daughter needed was at and she had to repeatedly say excuse me so she could get what she needed and that ... lady goes go the other way looking at my daughter up and down like saying who are you and what makes you think I’m going to move. Si I put everything my daughter had already back and left. As soon as I walked out I called asking to speak to the manager guess what? It never happened I waited for 8 minutes and two people got the phone but no manager 😡😡😡

When filling a prescription at CVS pharmacy (7207 Rockbridge Road Stone Mountain Ga) store #4698 goes wrong. The pharmacist at this particular CVS by the name of Nakita Patel posted a hand written note on my prescription calling me a LIAR! I still can't believe this letter was written and handed to me! I innocently dropped off a prescription unaware of all the confusion and unprofessionalism I was about to face! I was called a liar because the assumption was made that I knew my prescription was expired and perhaps I was being desperate, but what really happened was the pharmacy dropped the ball and agreed to fill my prescription ordering me to return back for pickup in four days! By the time I attempted to pick my prescription up I was informed that it has expired and the pharmacist Nakita Patel said she'd call my doctor and have it rewritten. Well that never happened! Instead the next day for pickup I was handed back my prescription  with a note attached calling me a LIAR! I then asked to speak to the manager  (Funke Shittu) who admitted 1. My doctor should have been contacted. 2. Apologized for the confusion 3. Asked to see the note. She read the note, crumpled it up and threw it in the trash! I asked for the note back which she was very reluctant to do because she knew that they (CVS) was wrong for this behavior, but she went in the trash and handed it over. To document that I'm a LIAR is such a False Damaging statement to my character and I am highly offended by the unprofessional disrespect. I'm a hard working woman and the pharmacist (Nakita Patel) painted me as a LIAR! Why do businesses feel that they can treat people this way? Whatever happened to good customer service? Should this pharmacy be trusted with your prescription after behaving like this to customers? Does that pharmacy deserve your hard earned money? Don't walk but run to another pharmacy!

Unprofessional management.  The store was scheduled to open at 8AM, which was posted on the door.  Arrived at 8AM door was locked.  Went  back at 8:38 AM. Door still locked.  When I looked in the window to see if anyone was there, the manager was ringing up a sale to a "customer"-- while the store was locked!  Knocked on window to get her to unlock the store, but she just raised a finger indicating I needed to wait (in the cold wet air outside) and her "customer" smiled and seemed to think it was amusing.  I didn't wait.  It was worth the 5 mile trip to go to Publix to get what I needed.  This is not the first time this store wasn't open at the scheduled time or the first time I was treated rudely by this woman. Another potential customer came and tried to get in as well and then left. Who allows this kind of management for a business?  CVS corporate needs to look at this store management.
