On a Sunday at 3pm a prescription for 4 days and an inhaler took over an hour and a half to get. Doesn’t seem to be busy at all!

After using the Pharmacy at Walmart and experiencing the same frustrations reported by others, I think I've figured out a way to make it less painful.  The key is going within 1-2 hr of their opening and closing time (the pharmacy, not Walmart as a whole).  There is usually no line at those times.  If I have a lot of shopping to do and they can fill it in "30 min", I will pick it up that day.  Otherwise, it is easier just to come back later so I am sure it will be ready when I am.  The most important thing is to go during non-peak hours when ever possible.  If I see 12 people waiting in line, I just turn around and come back another time.

Every time I get ready to checkout I noticed the other workers would leave their area and come over and just stand there talking to the cashier whose ringing me up.  They're always walking back and forth distracting the customers  but when I really need some one to help me they are no where to be found.. Not very Professional ☹️

Not that any Walmart is different... three lines open, over 50 people waiting. Cashiers closing their lines with three people waiting. Sat in sporting goods for 20 minutes with no help after asking three times, before I gave up!
