I spoke with nicest woman in Pharmacy ! She was very pleasant and helpful with my question ! Her name was either Kris or Christine! Good customer service for sure

Thought it was closed upon arrival but was opened. The older ladies in there are very very kind and know alot about the area and are very helpful when it comes to questions

They are so sweet with me all the time. I came every week because I coupon and they treat me very good. Is my preferred store in horry county, (the others ones ..... No good service at all.) Thanks for been nice with me all the time.

I would have no problem giving this location a five star rating were it not for very sour I know everything and you don''t extremely rude cashier. i had dis-agreed with this lady about a date refill issue. next thing I know it was like having a battle with one of my siblings when we were 10 years old. Ever since that day and no matter how much I try to be nice to her, she continues to treat me as if I were a piece of dirt. Her name is Nicayla. being in business with 75 employees I would have fired fo treating a 30 plus year customer of CVS the way she did. I just recently had to call the store as the recorded message spoke of 3 prescription refills and there should have been 5. When the woman I am refering to answered and I asked if she could just check to look up and fill all that were due fo be filled and asked if I could pick them up on Saturday December 3rd. i got yet another rudely spoken answer as to her looking into it. Saturday afternoon at shortly after 2 PM I had not yet received a text notifying me they were ready. I phoned and requested refills on the automatic system. It should be noted that I spoke to this woman shortly after 5 PM on Thursday. It is now Sunday December 4th and I got my text at 10:15 AM. They are ready.
