Unsure how to rate... 99% of the staff is great. Techs and pharmacists are efficient and some with humor and customer service like we should be seeing as paying customers, with the exception of one tech and one new (to this store) pharmacist. Most there? Amazing. Helpful. Kind. However, as a recovering addict with chronic pain who also has seizures and mental health issues and is taking subs vs risking relapse with other opiates being offered by certain docs for the chronic pain? Kristi, a tech, has a friend (?) who is an addict (per what she told me) which clearly impacts her treatment of us. I've seen the significant difference in treatment I receive vs other customers. My brother also has the very same issues as me but minus the subs and he is treated with respect and humor. Me? Rude. At best. The treatment of her and the new pharmacist (man, unsure of name) towards us is disgusting. They are NOT my docs. They do not know my story. They see what pills I'm taking. Period. To treat someone as these two do to someone in my position who is going to all of the right docs and being honest with THEM, the docs and the ones I SHOULD be talking to? That treatment from this tech and pharmacist is actually dangerous. Treat me like a junkie when I'm doing, or trying my best, to do it all right? That's dangerous and Kristi (Kristy ?) especially should know what that could do to the psyche of someone in my position. If you do not fall into my category? I highly recommend this shop. If you do and are like me, ESPECIALLY if you're new in your sobriety? Do. Not. Go. Here. You risk leaving feeling as though what is the point... we try doing right and are still judged and looked at in a negative light? Shame on her and shame on the new pharmacist for wanting to act like my doc and like he knows those conversations with my docs. He fills my meds. He doesn't sit and talk to me for a half hour or more to see where my pain and mental health are at. They need to 'lower' themselves and go to one of our meetings and get an actual real understanding of what we live with. Every. Single. Day. If they talked to me for even just two minutes they would know I wish to God I wasn't made this way. Not for me, I've become a better and more compassionate person - among other positives because if it... but I wish it different for my family. For those who love and worry over me because of the chronic pain. I could go on but there is my $.02, well more like $.10 😋, and if it helps even one person? It was worth my time blabbing this from my phone. Hugs to ALL and if you are like me? You ARE worth it and there is a reason you're still here. ❤

This high-volume CVS pharmacy is always busy. However, the pharmacy staff is always helpful and works quickly to assist you with all of your pharmacy needs. You can feel confident knowing your medical concerns and/or questions will be addressed professionally, but also in terms you will understand completely.

It takes guts for a large chain like CVS to take on the tobacco industry but they did. They sell NO cigarettes. Just aids to assist people to quit. Just for that all CVS's should get 5 stars. What helps this location is the staff. they are always pleasant and helpful. The pharmacists are great and call if there are any problems with my medications. East to get in and out.

The people working were very rude. I asked if I could tell her my card number because I had left my wallet in the car and she rolled her eyes and told me no, so when I said I would run out really fast to get it she rudely said that they were about to close. Also when I went to drop of my prescription and pick it up the ladies both had rude facial expressions and didn't want to work with me. Awful experience.
