It's getting better, they've been going through a lot of employees but I guess the pickings are slim. As long as they can get hold of some good ones and KEEP them then this will be a very nice place to shop. The store is beautiful! Beautiful merchandise displays and very fresh foods. Pricey, but the are certain things in here you can't get anywhere else, and frankly, my health is worth it.

This was my first experience with Earth Fare Markets. I was duly impressed, and only hoped we would get one near us. WE DID, here in Bradenton, FL. Anyway, this is a wonderful health foods grocery. While not quite as large as some Whole Foods, it actually runs circles around them, as it pertains to philosophy relative to sources of products. I love their attention to detail. Folks in their geographic areas should feel fortunate.

Great approach to a "sustainable supermarket" if there ever was one. Carries great brands, and the mark up doesn't have to be that huge because they make their margins consistently. Deli is very impressive, everything looks great and made that day. I wish however they would offer a bring your own container, because the amount of plastic used rivals any supermarket and is off putting especially since this location is so close to the ocean. The made to order pizza is great, just make sure Pascal makes it. He really knows what he's doing. Anyone else would be ruinous. He's a great guy.

When it was announced that Earth Fare was opening a store in the Seminole area, we were all very excited. However, since the first day of its opening, the store has had nothing but problems. The main one being the employees and the employee turnover. It seems that there is a new crew in this store every week. And their lack of knowledge, training and customer care is appalling. Never a friendly smile or greeting. But rather a somber or irritated expression is what you are met with. This would bring me to the meat department. It is one of the most disorganized, unprofessional and unsanitary butcher areas that I have ever seen. There is always a foul smell of bad seafood or off meat, and there is one display case with raw chicken inside that has been leaking out rotten juice onto the customer floor area for over a month! There is always a dirty towel stuffed under it to absorb the juice. Disgusting. I have taken pictures of this. The few time I did purchase meat, the person who helped me had no clue as to the meat and did not seem to care. Just point and they wrap. More unfortunate customer service. I have also experienced other issues with employees such as being told that “Americans don’t know how to drink wine or eat cheese.” And another employee who wears so much perfume that you cannot go into the area where they are working. And finally, every single time they have a sale on stock items, there is never any in stock! You end up with a stack of useless rain checks! And of course, never an apology. It is sad and upsetting that we finally get a good organic market in our area and it cannot even train its employees or keep its store clean. If Earth Fare wants to stay open, they need to take a few lessons from the store that made Florida. Publix! And we can only hope that Luckys Market is going to be all that we hoped Earth Fare was going to be...

This is my favorite health food store in the area. The fresh meat and sea food is the best part. You can almost always find a great deal on grass fed ground beef. The chicken sausage (and pork sausage) is all made in house and is delicious! The BEST thing they have is their thick cut hickory smoked bacon. Overall, the prices are good for the quality of food you are getting.
