I wish you could give zero stars. This CVS has horrible customer service. The pharmacy team will literally stand and watch you at the drive thru window and will not come to assist you.They continue to fill other prescriptions. I'm sure they will say they were working with customers inside, but it is obvious they are filling other prescriptions because you see them from the window put it the shelf with other prescription orders.One of the pharmicist doesn't acknowledge you're there. It is as you are an inconvenience to them.If you don't have customers you are unemployed. A rule of thumb treats other s the way you someone to treat you and your loved ones. It is impossible to talk with the manager, I called several times and was told to call back s/he was on the phone ( every time). I dread coming to this place. I like CVS , but will be changing to one where the employees are not so RUDE or Kroger down the street where they treat customers like people!! Something needs to be done about thus location they have too many complaints and a horrible rating.

I moved from Martinez and had to switch to this CVS pharmacy. The workers and rude and do not care to help. The cvs on Columbia rd would give automated phone calls to let people know they have a prescription ready to pick up. This one does not, and after a very short time will put your prescription back without notifying you. They are very unprofessional and will not go out of their way to help their customers. I will switch to the CVS in target.

Worst CVS in town. Very long waits at pharmacy and rude staff. If you must use CVS, go to another.

Zero urgency, zero compassion, ZERO manners. The only thing keeping this pharmacy in business is the location. I reported issues to the manager and was essentially told that it's out of his hands and he's aware there's issues but there's nothing he can do.
