The only negative about this store is when you first walk in, the smell was really off in the entry way, but not the store itself. 
Other than that, I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the ease of my pickup, the very helpful employees, from the gentlemen who checked me in for pickup and later rang us up for another purchase, to the lady who checked me out the first time during my pick up. They were both very pleasant, helpful and didn’t seem miserable to work there. I’ve never had a good vibe with any toys r us, but this one definitely redeemed themselves!

Love going here to look at the action figures and other collectible items and board/card games (makes one feel like a kid again). I wish they would update the appearance of the store. It looks like it did back in the 90s. Kind of not surprised the chain as a whole is facing bankruptcy.

I order toys for my son on Thursday and paid the extra and I can have it in two days , it took 3 days to ship and I feel I paid the extra to get here faster don't work i wanted to ship on they own time never again

Very disappointed in store upkeep. It looks rundown inside and stocking of shelves is sloppy. Only saving grace is a few good people but several lazy and oblivious ones as well.

Though the store was very neat, the majority of the employees were unhelpful and treated us like we shouldn't be in the store. There was a nice young lady who helped us do a price check and the young lady who rang us up was doing her job, but my kids greeted her before she spoke. I  have 5 kids and will shop at Target from now on.
