Can't even get someone to answer the phone. Really wish I would've requested a different pharmacy or location.

TL;DR: Slow pharmacy with bad facilities. An incredibly slow pharmacy. Pickup queues regularly extend down the aisles and the pharmacy staff move at a positively glacial pace. Groceries are grossly overpriced, even by convenience store standards. Store is clean, but the massive amounts of loud antitheft systems in the cosmetics department is off-putting to say the least. At the most recent visit, the one I am writing this review during while still waiting for a prescription that should have been ready, I received a refill for a prescription I didn't need a refill on and the refill I DID request was not ready even though I requested it 12 hours in advance. The bathroom was a single toilet that smelled awful and the toilet paper, paper towel, and soap were empty, the last of which is likely a health code violation unless it's a customer only bathroom (I don't know code.) I've been consistently disappointed with the service at this location, and will be transferring my scripts to the pharmacy across the street soon.

Horrible,,long long wait for pharmacy, staff is rude, and they have given me the wrong medications on several occasions. ...Never again....

Nothing is ever ready. My daughter is 36 weeks pregnant and her doctor ordered blood pressure medication. They never contacted her that the medication wasn't available. She called them late in the evening and that's when they told her. I think if they didn't have the medication then THEY should have contacted her earlier so she could have had it filled elsewhere. I've always used CVS. Just recently started using this store. I'm heading to another CVS! Terrible customer service.

Pharmacy experience was very poor. Went in Thursday evening to drop off a perscription. They didn't have it in stock, which is fine. I asked to have it ordered. I did not receive a receipt. They said to come back on Monday. When I came back on Monday, nothing had arrived. I asked if it had ever been ordered, which they replied that it should have been. They then advised me to come back on Tuesday. Once again, I came back. They said it hadn't come in yet and told me to check back later. I insisted that I know for sure whether or not it had been ordered. It hadn't. The supplier was out so they just ignored it. Never contacted me to let me know. Complete and utter laziness and lack of organization. The retail portion of the store was fine with friendly staff.
