Seems like when CVS moved to it's current location the wait time at the pharmacy is horrible. Friday afternoons seem to be the busiest time at the pharmacy department. Even if your prescription is ready the line to pickup is anywhere from 10-20 minutes. If you're dropping off a prescription in person and/or through your physicians office you may have to wait up to an hour. If you are not using the pharmacy department then you're in luck. Customer service up front is excellent with minimal wait time.

I've noticed when I go in there to fill my prescription to wait for it, I'm told an extremely outrageous wait time yet the next person they are told 10-15 mins. I, and countless others I've spoken with, feel that because of the prescription we are presenting, that we are being treated unfairly. Today, I was immediately told that they didn't have them and the other cvs's didn't either and that maybe I should try walgreens from now on. Really? Cause I called the other cvs and they had no clue what they were talking about. I WILL BE filing a complaint as I have had enough.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy at night time. If you have mass health your treated differently not a good experience , and not good to talk behind a customers back when you walk away putting your business out there.
