I never would've noticed how many bad reviews for with this pharmacy until I wanted to write one myself .... if you're on an auto mated medication their automated messages will drive you nuts then if you call them to tell them to stop they tell you you have to call a phone number where no one ever answers the number !

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I've used them multiple times in hopes that the first bad experience was a fluke but no, that is their norm! They are unorganized, flustered, RUDE and simply have zero regard for customer service. Not to mention they literally take HOURS to fill one Rx. I had to go without a Rx that I am directed to take daily because they made an error with my insurance company! I finally switched to Kroger pharmacy which has been a wonderful and relieving experience. I honestly don't know why anyone in their right mind would continue to use the CVS on marina bay in League city. Absolute worst experiences I've been subjected to. Shame on you, CVS! People come to you for help and you create stress and frustration!

Horrible is being nice to describe my experience. Pharmacy has nothing right, ppl running around like chickens with heads cut off and couldn't get an insurance payment if the wanted too. STAY AWAY.,,,

I have used this pharmacy for over 2 years. I recently switched to the CVS 2 miles away because this one is terrible. They have the WORST service. I have endured enough. It's ridiculous and it's not because of high volume.

Worst pharmacy! I have given this pharmacy 3 chances and every time they did not run the prescription through my insurance, try to make me pay full price. They try to give me generic even when my daughters pedi writes on the prescription "brand medically necessary". No one knows anything about what is going on or what happened. And you can forget about customer service!!
