The night of 04/13/2017, we went inside the store and wait to exchange products. There was a line behind us but no one is at the front. When the staff came to the front to check us out, she said and I quote: "You have to let me know if you are ready to check out. Ain't no body standing here all day waiting." I would have talked to the manager if I haven't gotten the same kind of service from him. Well, so long CVS.

Staff is so rude ! Do not even waste your time coming here , Denise was beyond rude and an African American lady ( can't remember her first name but last name is BROWN) was even ruder ! I was waiting  for 20 min in the front to check out and nobody will help , I had to leave my basket and run around the store looking for a cashier and mrs.brown said " we don't know When your ready so next time speak if you can " 

I asked for a manager and she mentioned there was none available .

My experience, staff hhave positive attitude even during presure. Smiles ask for any other services. Usually assist finding any of the meds or product. Thanks cvs nasa road team.👍

I love this CVS. The new staff aren't as friendly as when I used to frequent the store, but the ones still left keep it nice.
