Slowest cashiers ever! The pharmacy always messes things up! I started with 3 prescriptions at the same  time now I have to pick them up at 3 different days! Smh

This place is a joke. Worst CVS I have ever been to and will never be going back even with it being around the corner I will still travel to Walgreens a few miles away.

Today was the last straw. Prescriptions were called in around noon. I went in around 4PM to pick them up. The little failure behind the counter insists that I am not insured (I have him double check but he insists that I am not insured). I then go home and spend the next 90 minutes on the phone with BCBS and my company trying to figure out what is going on. I got a half a dozen people going through the system trying to figure out what is wrong. Everyone keeps saying I am insured and that there should be no problem. Since I am sick of CVS I call my doctor and had them send the prescriptions to Walgreens. With in less then 20 minutes Walgreens calls me to tell me that they name brand drug is not covered but there is a generic that the doctor approved to replace it and that it will be ready shortly.

There was nothing wrong with my insurance. It was the fact that this stupid little Gen Y troll had no idea what he was doing. This is not the first time. My wife stopped going months ago (wish I knew that before I went through all this). They would call her and tell her that her prescriptions were ready when in fact only one was but the other 2 were not so she had to come back later. Or that they would be ready in an hour but were not ready until 5 hours later.

CVS, you can blame this "****" hole on why I will never come to your store for anything ever again. I already cut up my CVS card and through it away!

Another cvs, another disappointment. They never have our meds. Its like they dont want to help people.
