A great locally operated store for hardware and more.  Absolutely fantastic staff that are upbeat, and will give great help whether you're looking for a single small item, or a tall order. 

Quite a selection of Carhartt gear. Every year they have a sidewalk sale where there are  some great deals, and cool stuff (I'm looking at you, anniversary Milwaukee hammer-drill)

Excellent service! I called ahead the salesman looked for my item, he asked the color I preferred. He found it and held it for me! He was helpful kind and seemed happy to help me! Rare these days. I thank you for excellent service.

I have worked here for twelve years, starting out as a stock boy.   Back then I had no idea how many different things a hardware store sells or services they offer. I think every one should work in a hardware store at some point in life!
 I've had the pleasure of working with and learning from retired plumbers, painters, woodworkers, craftsmen, school teachers, machinists, fire fighters, city workers, and of course the the DeRonne family themselves. I've learned so much over the years! They have allowed me to incorporate my passion for small engine repair as a service we offer in the store. Yes I shop there, almost daily, for supplies and advice.

I had the worst experience with customer service.. completely unbelievable 
Some short guy comes up to examine it and starts to smell it. And then tells my dad that he can't  exchange it "carhart jacket". My dad said are you kidding me? He says "tough" remind you I bought this jacket less than 24 hours. 
This cashier that was not even assisting us. Denise was her name 63 years old, short gray hair, with glasses. Threatened to "take me outside" like she was going to fight me... and she continue to escalate the situation.. she does not deserve to work in customer service. By far the most unprofessional experience I've ever had my entire life.  I will never patronize this establishment again. Their loss my family and I have been going here for years.

Great old time hardware store. They sell lukken yzers (only Belgians know what this is all about). Also have Sanders hot fudge if you need that, and doesn't everybody.Best outdoor collection of hats and tough coats. Staff really nice.
