WORST Customer Service I have EVER experienced.  I am a loyal CVS shopper and usually go out of my way to shop at a CVS over Walgreens however my experience at this CVS has soured my opinion of the chain all together and I will never shop at a CVS again.  Steer clear of this store, the staff and management suck!

I swear if I could give 0 star, I would. Customer service are very unprofessional. Ghetto black women that are supposed to give you your medicines always chewing and popping their bubble gum in your face while patting they weave, it's like a zoo in there. They put you on old floor like 30 minutes, at least. Very ridiculous.

Staff was extremely rude...no customer service training. Run to your nearest Walgreens!

1St time customer. Rx was transferred from Winn Dixie without being asked. Ok thought I would give CVS a try. Well the wait time for trying to get someone from the pharmacy is horrible. 15 min the top.  Then the young lady answered immediately put me on hold and never came back. I was trying to check to see if my moms RX was ready. I was told by their pharmacy to call 1st. Could not get through. I called back to speak with a manager who said to me "They were very busy" ok I understand this but all the time?? I asked for the corporate number, I'm usually not one to complain but this was unacceptable to me. The manager took  my number and in 2 min a pharmacy tech called back. It took me 25 min just to find out if 1 Rx was ready. Will NOT be using there Services. I will be transferring my moms RX to PUBLIX or WALMART. Much better customer service & service overall.

Very helpful staff.  The man at the checkout welcomed me when I walked in, and chatted when I checked out.  Orderly store.
