I have been using this pharmacy now for about 4 months, I never get a phone call that my prescriptions are ready, I happened to stop in one day to ask and they had put the medications back, I informed them I had never received a phone call that my medications were ready, I recently went to the pharmacy to ask about my prescriptions and they were not done, I noticed that when I had gotten home I only had one pill left, I than went to the pharmacy and took all the empty bottles that needed to be filled, I was informed they would be done by the end of the day, when I arrived they were not filled, and I was informed one medication they were waiting on the doctor to send a script,  I informed them that I again do not get a phone call on my meds, they told me that was because they were not ready, I stated they should have been ready because my husband and I are both out of medications and they should be on automatic refill, so as the story goes, love the store the employees are great, but being in the health field they pharmacy has issues.

I've been using this pharmacy since the Publix opened, and their service is great. Never had a problem with a prescription, and if they need approvals they do all the calling, and then they let me know what is going on. Thank you :-)
