Great service super courteous staff pharmacist always ready to answer questions. I highly recommend this location of  CVS I've had to take different meds and I don't take meds usually, so I've needed information direction from the pharmacist and staff always  ready to assist me, didn't rush me and quickly filled my prescriptions!!! 
I'm not driving yet or walking on my own but I believe I will soon, they've made it easy for me to send friends to pick up my RX.  Thank you  CVS Chateau blvd., Kenner, LA . .  Location. God bless you all!!!

Been trying for a month to get parents prescriptions transferred from Williams blvd to west Esplanade Kenner . West Esplanade staff just gives me the runaround . I give up. Going to Walgreen's

This Pharmacy has the worse service ever. I most definitely will not be doing business with this pharmacy again. Many improvements need to be made and something has to be done about that department.

Never has it together-no CVS ever does. I used to work for these money-grubbers and I can tell you first hand, they don't care about their customer or employees. They expect a single person to stock, run photos, and the cash register all at once. Got a line of customers? Corporate doesn't care. They won't hire any more people so you will always wait. This also means they can't keep good employees and are stuck with the dregs that can barely tolerate being there. 

Tonight there was a line of people and when I finally got up to the register, the young kid working the front decided to try and do a cash turn in. He clearly had no idea what he was doing and neither did the woman who was his back up cashier. I hate going here and avoid it at all costs-you should too. Maybe one day CVS will realize their customers value service and will hire more people-but I doubt it.
