Freddy, who claims to be the assistant manager, is rude and had no problem stealing money from his customers and then blaming the computer system. People like this man have no business working with the public. Tonight, I witnessed Freddy berate and yell at a customer until she was in tears. When I finally stepped in to defend this woman and I got his abuse as well. He thought it was perfectly acceptable to give the woman back less money then she paid because CVS's register printed an illegible receipt. Instead of trying to read the receipt and get this woman back the proper amount, he kept making excuses and telling her there was nothing he could do. Of course if you don't WANT to make it right there's nothing you can do!

Service is generally good, however there is a short, bald male worker there who has no problem regularly hitting on other men. Not sure if he does the same with women. Very unprofessional. I wish he'd do that on his own time. Makes me not want to use that pharmacy.

One of the worst pharmacies ever can't understand why my insurance makes me use them very slow prescriptions are never ready on time and the staff is very rude. Very disappointed in the management and CVS who does nothing about this.

Bad customer service, waited in line for a photo order pick-up because I got notification that it was ready. When my turn came to ask for photos... One order was incomplete and not ready as well. The other order that was ready, the cashier was either NEW or NOT TRAINED so he couldn't "check" out my order. He led me to the manager which then completely IGNORED me to go help another customer who was back in the line. I found that very RUDE since he didn't even excuse himself at least. Keep in mind that I was already waiting for 20min! I left the store and I will not come back. Very disorganized and lack of customer service.

If i could give zero stars i would!! This is the worst CVS I've been to. Whenever I call I always wait at least 10 minuted and then they always hang up on me. They are constantly disorganized, rude, and have terrible customer service skills. I'm constantly picking up medications and would like for once it to be a good experience.
