I called ahead for a carried out. The person who answered my was so polite and friendly, plus he did a good service all around, he said the pizzas should be ready in 10 minutes and guess what? They were ready in 10 minutes just a good time for me due to it took me 10 minutes to be there. This person was even nicer when I got there to pickup my order.

Terrible experience. Terrible service. I live less than 5 miles away. The driver could not find my house. Told me can only drive with gps. I have him directions he would not listen. I called the store, nothing was done to correct the situation. If your job title is delivery man/woman and you drive as a job, you should be able to read street signs.

Horrible attention to anything custom at all. The sauces are always wrong, products is thrown together and has no appeal to it. And the fact I have not signed one, not real recipe with them in the last 3 times is a red flag in most minds. Maybe this comment will just go unnoticed

Order accuracy and the pizza itself is great, but Karim the driver needs an attitude adjustment! Literally came to my door and said "this is 8 miles from the store, that's too far, don't you have a closer dominos?" And proceed to complain the entire time I signed the receipt.  The app located the closest dominos for me, and I've had at least 4 other orders from this location with no complaint. I think a delivery driver who complains about driving 8 miles needs a reality check!

I literally made an order at 11:42pm from the Burtonsville location for delivery and they take my order, my address and everything. They call TWENTY MINUTES LATER to tell me they don’t deliver to my location. TWENTY MINUTES later! I am BEYOND PISSED and HUNGRY! HANGRY! PISSED!
