The customer service at the CVS pharmacy in Pasadena, CA on orange grove is NON-EXISTENT.  Today the rep raised her voice at me and when I called her on it she got smart! I then called her on her professionalism and she corrected her tone. This was not the first time!!!!! However,  I 
 have continued to go to this pharmacy because they usually have my hard to find prescription and when it is ordered it arrives on time. But I will not be disrespected!!! Several times the pharmacy techs have used an unfriendly tone and frankly have not exhibited any sort of customer service! Drugs in this country are not cheap and pharmacy techs make more then a decent wage hence, the CVS techs should behave in a professional manner!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I'm not saying that people who do not make a decent wage have an excuse to provide tacky customer service)

had my first consultation with a pharmacist independent of any medication I needed and was ridiculously impressed. talked to what seemed to be a pharmacy intern or pharmacy grad named Rudy who kindly took my questions into serious consideration!!! not only did he provide  me with new insight but he also helped answer a store question and told me about the drive thru pharmacy window on side of store. CVS finally training staff to be attentive and supportive!
