Out of all the pharmacies I've gone too CVS is probably the worst. Their systems are either never updated or their employees don't look well enough or don't know what their doing. For example: They tried to charge me about $500 for a month of.medication. I have insurance and my copays are $25. Luckily, I had a coupon where they'd give me particular type of med for free for a year, so I didn't call my insurance. Now 3 months later, I came to pick up a refill and now im being charged my correct copay and they're not applying the coupon from the manufacturer which is valid for the year. The lady who entered the coupon even told me it would be saved. I will say once the pharmacist gets involved they'll rectify the issue.

Horribly inefficient pharmacy. Miserable communication skills. One particular pharmacy tech named Phuongna is extremely rude, does not allow you to speak a full sentence. She speaks over you each time you try to explain which prescription you are picking up. She said one prescription didn't exist in their system 2 days after our pediatrician called it in for my baby girl. She made ZERO EFFORT to apologize for the inconvenience or to offer to call the doctor's office while I was there to confirm the prescription. I had called the pharmacy earlier that morning and the prescription had been promised for 10am. I was there at noon. They had also promised me a text message when it would be filled. She shooed me away by calling for the "next customer in line", not giving me the opportunity to ask any further questions regarding when I could expect to pick up this medication or why there was a disconnect between what the pharmacy tech told me earlier that morning and what Phuongna was telling me now. I waited 2 days, then received a voicemail that there were issues with how the prescription was written, and they were resolving them. The following day, I received a text message that the prescription was ready, so I went in the morning to pick it up. Phuongna was there again. Without looking at the 3 medications the pharmacist had just given her for myself and my daughter, she barked at me "date of birth". I asked for which person. She then realized the meds were for 2 people. She barked again each name...Long story short, my baby girl's prescription HAD BEEN PLACED ON HOLD BY THE PHARMACY, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD SENT ME A TEXT TO COME PICK IT UP. Apparently they needed a revision from brand name to generic from the pediatrician. If this information had been communicated by any member of the pharmacy team during the initial encounter, I could have resolved the issue myself in 10 minutes or less by calling the pediatrician's office directly. I called the doctor's office directly myself from the pharmacy, since the technician clearly felt no initiative to take it upon herself to actually do her job. She is more of a cashier than a pharmacy tech. Pharmacy techs help resolve issues. She resolved nothing, and took zero initiative to resolve anything. Least helpful tech I have ever encountered. I miss our old CVS, where everyone actually did there jobs well for many many years, but sadly we moved. As one other reviewer said, this is by far the worst CVS of all the ones we have tried. Horrible communication strategy on their part, leading to terribly inefficient waste of my time as a working mom, and even worse customer service skills. If I wanted Walmart level service, I'd go to Walmart. I am a physician, and therefore well-versed in the world of respectful patient care. I expect the same quality of care during such a limited interaction as medication pickup.

I asked to use restroom she said its not public,I went to 24hr fitness and they said CVS was open to public! Someone here is lying!
