Fouad was well experienced with helping us out. Even putting on our screen protectors, seeing him putting them on, I can tell it was a struggle. Put he put it on perfectly! Very friendly and polite! Thank you!!!!!!!

Went in to pre-order my Samsung note 8. I was helped by Heidi and she was awesome. Great personality and so patient with me. She took her time with me while I made sure of my decision!

I am already a very happy T-mobile customer but decided I wanted to upgrade my phone. I went in a couple days ago to see all of my options and what would be the best choice for me financially. The sales rep, Heidy, was extremely helpful. I had so many questions and she did not hesistate to answer every single one of them. She was so patient me. I didn't understand a lot of the information she was giving me and she made sure she explained everything to me until I understood every single option for me. Her patience and kindness is the reason I love T-mobile!! Definitely referring this location to everyone I know, especially referring Heidy as their sales rep. Thank you!
