First time being in this store and will definately be the last.  Was asked if they could help me when I arrived and said yes.  Asked them where I could find two items and they didn't have a clue.  Asked the pharmacist a question about a product and he didn't have a clue either.  The prices are totally unrealistic even with the discount card the store offered.  The two products came to $24.36.  I left and went to Walmart, and found the two products there for a total of $14.32.  CVS is extramally expensive and if you ask a customer if they need assistance, than know something like where the product can be located.

We like CVS. It's in a convenient location for us. It's kind of high priced on certain items but it's within walking distance for us. They take our Insurance too which is so important now. They have a decent photo dept too. All In all I guess they are not so different from the Walgreens across the street but there is really no compelling reason to cross the street.

It's a decent place like any other CVS - don't go in expecting to be blow away but it's not bad

This Brownsburg Pharmacy is just ridiculous. ALWAYS running behind and they act as though it is not a problem. My insurance card God help me is CVS & you cannot use mail in for a non maintenance drug. I have been outside waiting for over an hour & still not ready. EITHER hire more staff or more competent staff who want to actually do their jobs. I feel for a parent with an ill child  who must come here,  I'm in so much pain I could cry and I'm an Adult. time to search for another CVS :-(
