I was just at your pharmacy in Forney, Tx and the pharmacy manager Ashley and the manager Kyle were wholly unhelpful, rude, and unsympathetic. My nephew is sick and has been throwing up food and water for 2 days. He is dehydrated. The doctor sent the prescription to you instead of Walgreens like we asked. We went to Walgreens and waited in line for 20 mins only to be told that they didn't have anything for him. Then we get to your store... We were late... I understand hours and closing... But 4 mins of the pharmacists (who was still there) time and a little compassion would not have been a bad thing. She was rude and sent my sister out of the store. Shortly afterward... Literally seconds later... She comes out clutching her phone texting... Now... I understand it was her time... But that was so much more important than helping a 3 year old little boy stop vomiting and having diarrhea? 4 mins? That behavior was disgusting and it's the reason people prefer Walgreens and Wal-Mart. We'll never go to CVS again. And that girl is the reason... For her to be a manager when she cares nothing about her customers... To be dealing with sick people all day and not have an ounce of compassion for a worried mother... I don't see how she ended up with that title. And then to visit the Google review section and see that someone else has had issues with rudeness at the pharmacy too? Seems like maybe someone should be reviewing her performance.

Rude pharmacy cashier. With 4 pharmacy options within a mile radius save yourself the hassle.
