This pharmacy needs improvement in phone customer service. I sit on hold everytime I call for a prescription refill or to check on the order. The same lady is always working and she Never gets off the phone. I was told she is a tech well either the pharmacy needs to hire more help or train her better. I am not saying she needs replaced but I am saying she needs help or better trained. When waiting on your medication it's frustrating especially when you can't get through on the phone. This is the third time I have had problems. The first time I had just had surgery on A Friday and I could NOT get my medication until Monday. This is not acceptable service. This needs to be corrected because if someone gets severely sick and dies....you would be sued! Stop the issue before it's a major problem!

Went to the auto section for an oil change. Gave my phone number and proceeded to sit in the waiting area for an hour. I had to go ask if my car was ready. Come to find out it had been ready for 30 minutes according to the receipt. I will not be bringing my business back to this Walmart. Next time be more aware of your customers and less time talking about how you want to leave so badly.

Don't really need to beat a dead horse here. As far as Walmart stores go, this is a nice location. Staff was friendly when asked, store was clean, but it wasn't something that was just incredibly amazing. I think the problem is there is a Kroger and a Lowe's right nearby that do the same services, and better. Again, overall though for Walmart, this was a good location.

A well-run store, overall. Clean and well maintained, and the pickup system runs smoothly. It's still a Wal-mart, but pretty good.
