Terrible service if they are actually open. The manager there closes the entire store whenever they see fit. They always close an hour or two early. Worst customer service at a pharmacy in Summerville. I waited over an hour once for my prescription refill just to be told you need to come back tomorrow. When I went back the next day they were closed it was 4pm and the website says they are open till 10pm. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I made a pick up order and when I got to the location to actually pick up my order I was told that one of my items were not there so it was canceled. I went to look on the shelf in the store and there were two. They made every excuse in the book as to why it did not go into my order. Seems like they are almost out of everything every time I go into this location as if they never order new product. Left disappointed and angry without my product because I did not want to buy it again not knowing if I would be Reimbursed for the item that I paid for and did not get.
There is a black lady that works at the cvs on central Ave she does not have good customer service at all She repeatedly ignores people and have no good happy to help you facial expression. She need to be fired. I know the store is short staff but there is no need. They never go above and beyond for customers. To be honest it’s all according to who the pharmacist is for that day, I think her name is Theresa Please get rid of her. The guy that works at the window is excellent
Got our flu shots today! Booked appointments online for our family, so we didn't have to wait very long to get our shots. However, CVS.com only allows you to book appointments for the same day, so, it was a little frustrating when I couldn't schedule our shots a couple of days in advance.
Picked up my daughter’s Rx for strept throat from Sherry in drive thru. She was fast, and even gave a lollipop to help my daughter feel better. It’s the little things!
I try not to send a bad review with one instance . Unfortunately I have had several instances of rude staff. I went intot he Pharmacy when they opened and got told " we just opened so you will have to come back in a couple of hours". I politely said I was out of my meds and was heading for the airport and wanted to wait for them to fill. She said" you will just have to wait as we are busy filling prescriptions that were submitted yesterday". She also said "you cant us expect us to fill right away as I just opened". I replied that if you cant fill a prescription during the times you state you are open , maybe you should come in early to get setup or change your stated hours of operation to accommodate you setup time. I simply cant understand rude staff when their are many choices out there. There are many reviews here stating the same rude treatment. I am assuming corporate either doesn't read them or simply doesn't care. Either scenario is unacceptable. WAKE UP CORPORATE CVS!! I am now going to try another Pharmacy to see if they can treat their customers better.
My wife had surgery today and I drop off the Prescription, I’m told there is a 2 hour wait. If you cant keep up with the prescriptions you have why not open it 24 hours? The guy at the window was Rude also. I will be transferring everything to walmart or Walgreens. Great way to cut your business CVS
Absolute WORST customer service ever. Working in this field, I know the importance of the person you’re speaking with. I had the PLEASURE of dealing with Keith at the drive through when picking up my medication. I was told my insurance is not in contract with them. I informed him I literally just refilled meds with you guys last week. He’s the one I deal with every time. He not only rolls his eyes but walks off to talk to the pharmacist, I believe her name was Laretta. Also very rude. I simply explained to her again I always fill here, confirmed with my insurance everything is good on there end and rather than try and help find some resolution here, I get a blank stare and the WORST attitude I’ve ever seen at any pharmacy. DO NOT go here, Walgreens and Publix are right next door and clearly know how to treat there customers.
Went to the store to pick up pictures and my wife had ordered and they were closed early the only reason given was we close when our pharmacy closed sorry for the inconvenience. Before this we’ve gone in twice trying to get pictures and the sales staff is clueless on what to do it it seems they don’t know how to hire or train their staff
Unfortunately, every month I have the same conversation with pharmacy techs and a Pharmacist regarding a routine, non narcotic prescription. After standing or sitting in line for extended times. As I am sitting in the drive thru @ 40 minutes now, I hear alot of conversation and laughter...potentially part of the reason the line is backed up to the entrance.
