I wish i could give zero stars. At 2:30pm the doors that automatically open were turned off and a rude lady was manually opening the door for people who werent students instead of the students that needed to go in all the same. This was extremely distasteful and the lady was rude and not letting me and my little sister go in because she presumed i qas a student and blocked me from going in multiple times claiming that it was "one at a time" but she was letting other people go in instead. Very unpleasent and id rather go to the walgreens which is farther than to go to the closer but yet rude unpleasent cvs. Horrible service .

Experience from hell that lasted two hours and several calls to my insurance company. The head pharmacist was no help at all , didn't even offer assistance . I couldn't get her name cause there was no display of who was in charge on 8/323 @ 11am to 1pm.After several phone calls and 2 hrs of waiting my insurance company told me theater Cvs was inputting the wrong information therefore it was being rejected from my insurance company.

CVS has declined in quality these last 5 years or so. This location also smells weird. I think it has to do with the carpeting.

Customer Service Sucks. Not friendly. Telling me internet is down for 5 day's. That's why they where not able to print. Told me to go somewhere else.

Staff is very attentive and accommodating.  They have a wide variety of items that can save you the trip to the supermarket or gift shop.

This is a terrible place to get your medicine from. I don't think they have enough people working at this place. Many years ago this used to be a very good and customer friendly place but it gradually went down. For me that is it, I am moving forward, too bad they lost five customers because of me.

This is the slowest CVS in America no exaggeration. Nobody ever knows what’s going on, there’s always ONE person at the register with long lines. Like just close this hot mess please and put something useful here

I dread coming here; every time I come to pick up a script I try to remind myself to get a better pharmacy. Severely understaffed. I tried to get some anti-cold medication, which needs an employee to unlock. I stood in the aisle for 5 minutes, pressing the call button for help. No response. Always a line for the pharmacy. The employees they do have could give a hoot about anything approaching customer service; most have the personality of a dead moth. As someone who's lived here for years, I cannot remember even one positive visit to this place. There should be a sign above the front door: abandon all hope, ye who enter here.

Typical CVS. Didn't have what I went for so I purchased a substitute. Parking like most places in NYC is a nightmare, but I got lucky

I went to drop off a return package to ups,  the lady there kept yelling without listening and walked away ; I had the worst experience ever
