Slow filling meds. Never called me when they said they would. I had to sit out in the parking lot for over an hour waiting for the pharmacist to call me when my prescription was ready after she told me it would be ready in 15 minutes because I asked for them to do the express. Once I got up to the window it still wasn't ready and she looked at me like she had never see me before when we had just spoke an hour before. Also, my husband was very sick and had been waiting for his antibiotics and by the time I realize someone should have called by and then I called them up and they said their computers have been down since 10 that morning and it was now 7 at night, they never called to inform us of the issue that they were having and it would take them a little bit longer to fill the prescription and I ask the pharmacist if they could do an Express order so that way they can get it through faster and they said that they could not do that on the phone that had to physically drive up there to go through the drive-through to say hey can you make this Express. The fact that I had to get in my car at 8 at night and drive all the way up there to tell them to express it for me was absolutely ridiculous. Why can you not express it over the phone? If you have all the information and what the medication is and everything and it's your medication, why can't you do that? I have gotten to the point where is CVS and Walgreens both are terrible places in their prices are outrageous! Needless to say I make sure all of my prescriptions go through Kroger or Harris Teeter from now on.

Just called to check if they had a certain medication in and I was told they can’t tell me if they have because it’s a controlled substance. Umm the first time I ever heard that one. Asked to speak to someone else and they told me they didn’t have in stock. Now I’m not sure if they actually checked 🤔

Always quick when filling meds. Techs and pharmacists always friendly!!
