If I could give a zero I would. Every single time without fail I've had problems with my prescriptions. It's been a year and I get 2 different medications monthly. I stayed for a year bc I would tell myself it's cheaper and close to my house but it doesn't even matter anymore. I still don't know how it is still business. The whole Walmart staff are not knowledgeable on anything for example where anything is, if they carry something, and in returning things. The pharmacy w
Orders doesn't communicate with each other. I've tried to call in my medication refill over 20 times and the woman that answered the phone just would say please hold on and it would switch over to Machine, which I specifically wanted to speak with a human bc of the consistency of horrible service/pharmacutical knowledge/communication between employees. Just the worst pharmacy I've ever been to.

had to wait 2 hours for a prescription then was told they would call my phone when it was ready. 2 days later I had to call them and then they gave me the wrong thing when I got there. Never going back again!!

12/13 12.05. Just spent 32 minutes on hold for Customer Service, whilst nice assistant who answered the phone tried to put my call through (3 times) and paged them (twice). Some Customer Service!
