They were less than helpful, they were inhumane. I truly felt like they were going out of their way to keep me from getting the medication I rely on to function. I have consulted so many people on the experience I had here, including people who work in pharmacies, and they were all appalled by the way I was treated. Dont work in medicine if you're going to treat everyone like a scammer. Just dont.
I don't usually leave reviews about a negative experience. All I have to say is, they printed my photo book backwards. I spent a good deal of time compiling the thing online and I don't understand why it was wrong. I didnt have time for them to reprint it and asked for a discount/some reimbursement but they only offered to reprint it, which as I told them I didnt have time. I will not be going to this cvs again.
The most rude pharmacists of any other CVS in Ann Arbor. They told me my prescription would not be able to be ready on time only to have the automated text tell me hours later to say they didn’t even have it in and would need to order it. I can’t say enough about how rude these people are. Go to the State St CVS. Well worth the trip.
Several times, this pharmacy has failed to verify my insurance or had incorrect info for my prescription. Today, they couldn’t find my filled prescription. Every time they make an error and it will take a minute, they ask you to get out of line for them to fix it. You then have to wait for them to call you on the intercom, after which they make you stand and wait at the back of the main line again. If they make multiple mistakes, this process repeats every single time. Today, when my prescription couldn’t be found, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while they looked. They then apologized profusely and asked if they could call me when they find it. Another 20 minutes later, they found it and called my name. When I got back to the register, I made eye contact with the people I had talked to, but they asked for the next person in line, forcing me to get back into the end of a long line. This wasn’t my worst experience at this location by a long shot, but i finally decided to both switch pharmacies and leave a review since there’s something wrong every time I pick up a prescription here. I don’t have time to stand in line multiple times for staff to correct errors that are the fault of an incredibly inefficient process. In my mind, if you’ve already waited in line once, you shouldn’t have to do it again in the same visit. I don’t blame the staff, though, as this is clearly how they handle their workflows from the management level since it’s so consistent. It must be incredibly frustrating to work at this business as well.
I wouldn't trust this pharmacy with any medication. I'm a tech at a different pharmacy, and I stopped by the pharmacy to ask if Losartan 100/25 was on backorder for them as well. The tech at the register had no idea what I was talking about even after I repeated the question 3 times, so she went to get the pharmacist didn't check the shelf for it and spent maybe 5 seconds at the computer. I asked the pharmacist the same question, and she flat out told me that what I was asking about didn't exist. I tried again, this time calling it the generic of Hyzaar I was hoping the brand name would ring a bell. She recognised it, but looked at me like I was stupid and said that the 100/25 combo didn't exist, only the 100/12.5 which is not true in the slightest, as my own pharmacist confirmed earlier today. It's also worth mentioning this medication is among the top 100 for most commonly prescribed drugs in the country. Condescending, incompetent, and the opposite of knowledgeable. I feel bad for the people who get their meds here.
I have been unable to properly have thr pharmacy get my prescription on time. This has occurred on multiple occasions and affects my health. Today I spoke with the pharmacist named Sally and she was completely unwilling to assist me in getting my medication though I had called a few days ago to remind them to order it. She would not order it so that it would arrive on time. I had my prescription transferred to the State Street store in Ann Arbor and they immediately got my prescription and my medication for me. I will never get any prescriptions or go to the CVS on Stadium again.
Tried to make an appointment online to get a flu shot. I got confirmation emails, reminder texts, I checked in online when I got then, then once I walked in was told by the pharmacist they don't do flu shots that were scheduled if it's one hour before the pharmacy closes. Not the pharmacist's fault but incredibly frustrating when I went through all the steps to make it quick and easy.
Never have had trouble at this CVS and the people are helpful and friendly.
Reviews are accurate, really very poor Customer service and sort of aggressive demands for information at the Pharmacy. Healthcare changes all the time, not all of us go to the doctor frequently and if I'm missing information, help me kindly -- don't make me feel stupid or uncomfortable. I won't return here for any of my scripts. Bad experience.
This is my usual pharmacy. Today I had to pick up a prescription in a hurry, so I went inside. I bought a couple of things. one of the employees was walking around with their mask down around below her mouth. I made several u-turns to avoid her, and then she walked towards me. I said excuse me do you realize your mask is down below your mouth. She waved to hand at me and said I'm nowhere near you and practically ran the other way. When I got to the cash register guess who? This is a drugstore for heaven sakes. Sick people come to get things.
