Excellent customer service. I have used Kilgore's here for years. Much better service and availability than other pharmacies in Columbia.

Avoid at all costs. Kilgore's demanded payment out-of-pocket for an item that I had documentation from insurance stating was to be $0 (by provider agreement with Kilgore's). Paid full price. They said they'd talk to insurance and send a check. I should have never tendered the money but instead just walked right out with the item!  Eleven months later, insurance can't do anything because the amount was to be $0 by provider discount, and Kilgore's is holding my money. Avoid these crooks for anything.
