Such incredibly poor performance, it's really hard to believe. Drug not in inventory or not enough to dispense, have to wait for ordering (nothing special about this drug by the way, very ordinary). Wouldn't "go through," you have to have your doctor send over the Rx again, and again. We haven't filled that, there was some problem. Etc, etc. And when these things happen, they won't call you. No. You have to come to suspect there must be some issue, call them, try to figure out what the problem is yourself, try to solve the problem yourself, and then call and constantly follow-up until you finally can get your prescription (still don't have mine, it's been 3 weeks). Incredible. If I could choose zero stars, I would.

Every other month I have an issue with a 'basic' prescription.  Either not in, or late getting in, or most recently, not knowing it was expired until the day I needed it.  I moved from the other CVS in Plymouth, to the Target  years ago.  All my issues went away when Target ran it.  Now CVS is back and the same issues are back.

Horrible service. Best make sure they run your insurance. 3 times they haven't ran mine
