The first time I used this pharmacy it was a nightmare. I was without my medication for 4 days due to needing a prior authorization. Those 4 days were absolutely horrible. Turns out my insurance authorized my prescription 3 days earlier, but I was continually told they hadn't. On the 4th day the pharmacist admitted that a mistake had been made, the prescription had been sitting there waiting to be picked up for 3 days. I've never experienced anything like this in my life! I should add that I've continued to use the pharmacy monthly, because the location is convenient. They've been wonderful ever since. I understand that mistakes happen, but there should absolutely be a protocol to avoid mistakes of this nature. Some medications can mean the difference between life and death.

Many of the pharmacists have been working here for years. They know their stuff and pull double duty by supplying hospital patients who are checking out with their meds. Helpful when it comes to interactions with other medications. Four stars because sometimes you have to wait longer.

Forgot our sons insurance card at the hotel room. They were patient enough for us to make a phone call and get the information needed to fill his script.

Chinese girl had an additude. Horrible customer service. They dont deserve a star. Dont judge people by how they look.
