Terrible!   My prescriptions are never ready, this happened again today, and after the same experience of not being ready, a review needed to be submitted.  The past 7 out of 7 times I've gone to pick up prescriptions in the last three months they are not ready, even though I get text saying it is ready to pick up.  When I get there I am told they are not ready yet or they need to call the doctor, then they tell me I can come back in an hour or the next day.  Wasting foreign fuel/gas and creating worthless emissions! This happened to someone else when I was there today, they were ready to pick up their script and it was not ready, thus this is not just happening to me. Pharmacy is always busy and they never have enough people helping to fill and ring up customers, you'll end up waiting at least 10 minutes just to give your name to pick up the scripts!  This pharmacy used be fine when it was Target Pharmacy, and ever since they switched to CVS it went downhill!  I will be switching pharmacy, this is the last straw of having to waste gas driving over there for scripts that are not ready!

Absolutely awful. Way too much has gone wrong at this pharmacy for me to even write down here. Rude. Disrespectful. And lies. They literally told me the brand I have been using for YEARS was no longer in "production", because it's obviously such an inconvenience to them that I wish to take the same medication. I went to the actual CVS across the street and they ordered it for me... way to go guys. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

I have had great experiences at this pharmacy! The pharmacists and the doctor on staff have been understanding, helpful, and clear communicators. I have only ever had one small miscommunication, but then it was quickly corrected & within minutes a pharmacist called me back and had straightened out the issue! Thank you for providing more respect than I have experienced at any other pharmacy!

I had a prescription that could not be filled without contacting my doctor for authorization. I called to see if the pharmacy had done this, and the woman who answered told me that the prescription could be filled today, would not listen to and talked over my explanation, and hung up on me.  Ten minutes later I got a message from the pharmacy that my prescription could not be filled after all, like I thought.  No mention of contacting my doctor.  She hadn't listened to me at all.  So now I am trying to contact my doctor myself to have him call target cvs.  Usually the staff are very nice here in person,  but there is a staggering degree of incompetence of certain individuals and utter lack of communication between people that has led to lots of delays and wasted time for me.
