I asked about if a medication of mine was in stock. I was told they can’t tell me over the phone because it is a narcotic. upon asking my DOCTOR, the drug is schedule II controlled substance, neither a narcotic or opioid. only leaving this review because they seemingly don’t even know the drug classes and gave me information that was blatantly wrong. wouldn’t trust their information!

Please please avoid this pharmacy at all costs.  Backstory: I needed to get a prescription refilled, they didn’t have the medication so they ordered it. My husband picked up the medication for me and later when I was going to use it, I noticed it’s about to expire it is still in its original packaging and unopened. This is an expensive out of pocket medication prescribed by my dermatologist. My last refill lasted a year and doesn’t expire until 2024 picked up in 2022. This new one I picked up expires in October 2023 and on the label it says discard after May 2024 except it will be expired by then and now the pharmacist says not to use it beyond October 23 even though they also attached a label that says it’s good for a year, make it make sense. It’s extremely negligent of them to be giving out medications that are about to expire. I’m honestly heartbroken I will need to repurchase this medication again in 3 months as this is a lot of money for me and a generic does not yet exist. I definitely won’t be ordering any future medications from here and neither should you. It's also super gross that they tried blaming the customer for not checking the expiration date when it is quite literally the pharmacist job to be mindful of such things.  The pharmacist and staff obviously cannot be trusted to do their jobs adequately, and as many other reviews have mentioned, are rude and incompetent.  Not to mention, I also picked up another medication that had the wrong amount of pills in it, but who's counting? Clearly not the pharmacist.  I recently moved to the area and can no longer go to my old pharmacy. They were amazing and I never had one single issue in the 8 years I went there. This will be my first and hopefully last experience here.

Bad attitudes! Run! Talks over you! No patience for any questions or listening, the thin, light skin girl with the chain on needs a find a new job, she is horrible at this one, also any person who actually answers the phone without putting you on hold is equally as terrible!

Frequent this location to get RXs filled. Today they told me I was wrong, that the previous pharmacy tech didn’t say what she did to me and ultimately I can’t get my Rx even if I pay 100% out of pocket. It was more important for this tech to be right than help find a solution. CVS please coach your pharmacy to service, have kindness and empathy. To be solution oriented. Todays experience was disgraceful.

Avoid this pharmacy.  The pharmacy staff here is unfriendly, and they have bad attitudes at this location.

Customer service is good place is clean and every staff greets you with a pleasant smile .
