Had to get a prescription sent from out of state and the pharmacy staff were very helpful and patient with the issues regarding that. Very understanding pharmacists. Hands down the best service I’ve had at a CVS!

Polite and helpful but when I dropped off my prescription to be transferred from a competing pharmacy they called me back saying the competitor told them I was out of refills.  My bottle says I have six left of my yearly prescription.  The pharmacist told me to call the competitor about it.
I called the competitor and gave them my birth date and the name of the drug and that was all they needed to get me my refill.
So either the polite pharmacy worker who I gave my information to at CVS took it down wrong or someone was misinformed.  Either way I'm driving to the competitor instead of walking over to CVS.
I wouldn't call it bad service but it certainly wasn't great or exemplary, for whatever reason I'm sure they had.
