Drive up pharmacy has 2 lanes

If I could give it negative zero stars I totally would. I had my birth control prescription sent there, and so I go into the pharmacy and I had found a receipt of a medication I had purchased without insurance and it came to around 55$ So I was like cool let me just take it to see if maybe they can rebill to my insurance. So I go in, the pharmacy tech was nice enough, so they took my prescription and I asked about the receipt, he called over the Pharmacist and he said it was possible to refund me the 55$. I was like awesome. The receipt was from August and it was October. So I wait around 20 minutes and eventually he tells me that the system is down and to come the next day. I was like okay that's fine, I understood. After waiting another 20 minutes I go by the window to pick up my prescription, turns out their out of stock, until Thursday. 2 days later, I was like cool okay that's fine. I come back the next day and try to rebill it to my insurance and I go by the window and the pharmacy tech was this blonde chick, SO RUDE. I told her about what had happened the night before and she was like "Well I don't know why anyone would tell you that, if after 7 days we cant do that." I was like okkk...??? When the Pharmacist pops up and over heard and says yes we can so I'm there for like 10 minutes when she comes by and says that they cant do it because the system is down again. The part that really got me upset was that she was so rude. She gave me an itemized receipt and told me to just mail it to my insurance company. 2 days of time, and gas wasted. Go to CVS.

I like that they are open 24 hrs. They get busy but they do pretty good at getting the customers taken care of.

This walgreens sucks. The lines are crazy and you got people who wait for the drive threw for 30 minutes instead of telling them to come back and pick it up this walgreens blows

I love that they have a drive through so it goes quickly. Don't go at 5pm, it's busy then.
