Always a waste of time coming here. It's popular for medical offices to send electronic prescriptions, or fax them, and it takes forever for some central server to process them before sending to the correct location (that's with all CVS's, not just this one). This is a busy location, so sometimes I wait in line for 45 minutes just for them to tell me they haven't received the prescription yet (an hour after I left the clinic). But once they get it, I would get different information from the pharmacy techs here about whether or not they've actually received it and whether or not it's filled (depending on whom I talk to). Once after waiting 2 hours, I had to go home because it's closing time. They may tell me it's filled over the phone, and when I come they say it's not, and I have to wait some more. So frustrating. Walgreen's always receives my prescriptions 10 minutes after leaving the clinic, but unfortunately my new insurance doesn't work with Walgreen's. I recommend you go someplace else quicker, but if you don't have a choice, ask your provider for a paper prescription when you plan on going to CVS.

And you might think it's a no-brainer, but they have different definitions for drop-off and pick-up than you might expect. I've been chastised by different pharmacy techs for being in the wrong line, each telling me to be in the other. They need to get their rules straight, or just make it one line.

Never will I come to this CVS. About a year ago came here to fill my prescription for a bad earache. Very busy understandable. Was in line for a while. The counter person comes out & counts people. He gets to me & states we will be closing in 20 minutes we will not be able to get to you & then looks at everyone behind me. Everyone just turns & leaves. I went to Walgreens.

I love going here, not only because it's close to where I live, but the staff is amazing and are always taking care of the customers. They go above and beyond for our needs! Last time I was there was right after an appointment, it was my fault that I didn't keep track of time on a weekend and arrived there 10 minutes til closing. Luckily I made it just in time to be the last one they would help with. What I needed was antibiotics and unfortunately that needed time to fill up. The head pharmacist was so helpful and pulled some strings so that I get my antibiotics right then and there since it was necessary. I will always go back to them!

They are so short staffed but they try so hard to do the work that requires many more techs to do, and they do the best they can with what they have always helpful such sweet techs specially Denise she's great with an awesome attitude all the time!! BTW they are open sundays from 11-5pm 😊
