They're not very professional at doing their job they have you waiting hours just to pick up a damn medication I usually have two to three medications that I have to pick up for my back because I have degenerative disc disease and a herniated disc and I can't be standing there waiting an hour or two just for medication......... Some people need to be replaced at the pharmacy for rude ignorance at customers when it's not customers fault they have medication to pick up but its the closest pharmacy where I live so I have no choice in the matter of not going to this Walmart Pharmacy.

My prescription was sent in 3 days ago now. I went to pick it up 2 days ago, They told me it wasn't ready give them an hour. I waited 2 hours, still not ready. I have bronchitis and need my meds. I have never had these issues at any other pharmacies.to top it all off I can't get through to anyone over the phone to see if they're ready yet, and the customer service was horrible. I personally will never use this pharmacy again!

15 minute wait to dropoff the prescription. Spent 10 mins trying to figure out how to bill my out of state prescription insurer.  The tech told me non-health insurance price was $16.00.  1 hour or so later, I got a text saying $64 was due.

They didn't call my health insurer who Walmart claims denied the claim. I called Walmart. Long 15 minute hold. Tech told me she would have another tech process the claim. 

I called back 30 mins later and they still didn't get insurer approval. They wouldn't stay on the phone for a conference call with my health insurer. 

I asked to speak with a supervisor. He fixed the issue, and said issues often result from improper data entry.

Won't use again.

I waited an hour for my prescription just to be told go to the drop off window again sttod in line there a minimum 20 minutes and they told me my prescription for the two would be almost 500.00. I called my dr telling them i couldnt afford to get them could i get something else, they told me they have to send in the pre authorization and the dr would fill out and then it would cost me nothing. Really!!!! Walmart didnt bother to tell me that.
