Incompetent. Pathetic Where do I begin? They don't know what they are doing .Unable to tell when they receive a fax from doctor office until the next day. Lazy Don't wish to contact Insurance company when needed. GO TO WALGRENS. OR OSCO. Oh Mary Johnson from Mason Ave In Chicago. I have your prescription. Because they mixed it up with my prescriptions.. Incompetent to say the least.
