I can't put into words how grateful I am for Allan, Andrea, Sandra, and the team at Osco Franklin Park.  I take the lead on putting together the meds for my parents and they are SO helpful and accommodating.  No matter how crazy things get for them I am always welcomed and grated with a smile. There are a lot more convenient pharmacies to my home but I gladly drive the extra miles!!  Thank you!!!

Al is always helpful and friendly! He is always remembering who you are , gives the best customer service! Thanks to him I don't go to any other pharmacy.

THE best pharmacy I have ever been to mainly because of Allan.  (I see him most; I'm sure others are nice as well.)  He is not only very knowledgeable, but he also remembers you (not just me or my neighbor), your meds, your condition, even your birthday!   No matter how busy he is, he will come out and help  you with over the counter stuff.  He is super friendly, down to earth, compassionate, and has a great sense of humor.  I am terrified of doctors and hospitals and I hate taking medication.  I wish more docs & nurses had Allan's people skills/bedside manner.  He is truly unique in understanding human emotion &responding appropriately.  A+ on your EQ (and IQ), Allan!  Jewel Osco is SO lucky to have you.
