Thursday I got a text saying my RX was ready and I go to the store to pick it up and it’s not ready. They told me to come back on Saturday. Saturday I go back to CVS and I wait 30 mins in the drive thru. I get to the window to pickup the RX I was told would be ready. The pharmacist had filled the wrong RX and told me I needed to come back in 30 mins when no one was behind us and she could have filled it in 3 mins. I told her this was our 3rd time coming to pick it up and she was just rude about it. I told her I was going to make a complaint on her. Tuesday I go to pick up my RX and drop more off from my Dr. The pharmacist, Louchard Lamothe, said she was not going to fill anymore of my prescriptions because I made a complaint on her and to take my business elsewhere.   I again asked for the name and number of her supervisor and she still refused to get it. I will never do business with CVS Lyons/Hillsboro again.

Great and super service from the staff. The only drawback is the Pharmacy hours
