The pharmacy is terrible. Everyone there is slow, acts like an idiot, and doesn' t know what the hell they're doing. I tried to order a refill and they're all telling me your insurance is terminated while I keep getting calls to go pick up a prescription. It's like, seriously. I can't reorder a prescription because I don't have insurance, yet at the same time I do have insurance. What the hell?

Our car recently broke down and we have to ride the bus. My husband stopped in the cvs to grab a couple of items. He was aske to leave his backpack in the front which he agreed to do. He then says cool can you please keep an eye on it because he has an expensive tablet inside to which the employee replies you can leave it here but I’m not watching it. My husband then says just as you guys don’t want your things stolen I don’t want my things stolen either.  The manager then comes up yelling at my husband if you don’t like it you can get the hell out of my store ( I was on the phone with my husband during the whole incident so I heard the whole thing) my husband was polite the entirety of the the time. He then says yes ma’am your right I don’t want to spend my hard earned money in a store where I am going to be harassed, singled out because of the way I look and yelled at for no apparent reason. I believe your employees behavior was unethical unprofessional and unwarranted. I live near this store and have been here many times and have seen people in the store with backpacks on. If this is policy it should be applied to everyone not just to those that you stereotype. Not all people who wear backpacks are homeless or steal. Also we have no problem following the policy if in fact it is applied to all customers and is addressed in a professional manner. Please talk to your employees! I didn’t catch there names but today is December 4th, 2017. This occurred around 2pm. The female employee stated she was the manager. Please address these issues with your employees. This is a huge business detourant for your store! Thank you

Place is the closest pharmacy to my home.  They can be rather slow sometimes.  Large turnover in employees.
